The Just Shall Live By Faith

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith, as it is written, the just shall live by faith. [Romans 1:16-17].
The gospel of Christ is good news!
It’s good news because righteousness comes by faith alone. We do not have to earn it. In fact, we can’t. Jesus already earned it for us. He took our place on the cross so we could start fresh (spiritually born again with a new heart) just as if we had never sinned.
[To make sure we understand what sin is, God gave us His law and a conscience that bothers us when we knowingly disregard His commands. The Ten Commandments tell us very clearly what God expects of us. He commands that we have no other gods, make no images to worship and don’t take His Name in vain. He commanded Israel to remember the Sabbath and keep it holy. He requires that we honor our parents. He forbids murdering, adultery, stealing, lying and coveting. And when these commands are publicly displayed people live better. That’s why Satan wants them hidden away.]
When our hearts are renewed we are able to live a righteous life by following His example. We are not instantly perfect in thought and action, but our spirit is perfected in relationship with the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, because we have the become the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. We are free to choose to do the right thing! And, as we walk in love and spend time in the Word and prayer, we grow in the knowledge of the truth and mature in the likeness of Christ.
In sharing the gospel we will see the power of God to salvationThe Word of God spread abroad like good seeds will not fail to produce a crop, by the grace of God. And, those who sow the Word into the lives of others will reap blessings, as Isaiah tells us. Blessed are those who sow beside all waters, who send out freely the feet of the ox and the donkey [Isaiah 32:20].
The righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith, as it is written, the just shall live by faith. Living by faith is not only an ultimate promise of eternal life, but also the way to live our daily lives in this present worldWe also live by faith now. The Holy Spirit brings the Word of God from our hearts into our minds and leads us in the paths of righteousness. As we follow His scripture based promptings by faith and do what is right our Heavenly Father takes care of us and our faith grows. Faith leads to more faith like walking on stepping stones till we safely reach the other side.
The enemy of our souls is busy trying to keep us away from the Holy Bible. He wants us weak. He wants us deceived. He wants us discouraged. He wants us ignorant. He wants us faithless. Frankly, he wants us to go to Hell. And it is not because he wants to spend time with us. It is because he hates God! We are made in God’s image so he hates us too! He covets our relationship with God.
Contrary to some popular Christian videos, Hell is not Satan’s throne room, his party house, or his headquarters. He doesn’t live there now and will not be the ruler of Hell later. He will receive the greatest torment possible because he is the father of sin. He was the first rebel! The first sinner. The first liar. The first murderer. He is the lawless one. Since the beginning of creation he has been the father of all who follow him in rebellion against Yehovah God. And the Word of God tells us how to escape from his destructive influence.
Therefore, submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double minded. Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up [James 4:7-10].
This is a good word. Please respond to it. God promises to lift up (exalt) all those who will humble themselves and turn from their wicked (like the devil) ways. Wherever you are, whatever you have done, Jesus is with you and will respond if you call on Him. But time is getting short. The end of the Church Age is near. The signs of the times abound. The world is being shaken as a warning siren. Please pay attention and turn to Jesus while you have the chance. Today is the day of salvation. Jesus loves you.
There is no charge for this great salvation. It is offered freely to all mankind because Jesus paid for it in full on the cross of Calvary. Please put your trust in Him.
And this brings us back to where we started.
The just shall LIVE (now and forever) by faith.
May the Lord add His blessing to His Word and draw you to Himself today.

Love Overcomes

Greetings to my Friends from around the world!

As you know, we are living in perilous times. Dangers abound and truth is hard to come by if you are looking outside of the Word of God. Jesus warned us that these times would come and told us not to be deceived! If it doesn't line up with the Word of God, it is a lie. Do not believe it.

The propaganda concerning a certain virus is a deception. There have been viruses throughout human history. It was never necessary to shut down churches and make healthy people stay in their homes. When the truth comes out it will be shown to be just another flu causing virus which most healthy immune systems can defeat. Some people need tried and true medicines or home remedies. If it's anything worse than that, it has been lab created to cut down the world population and you cannot trust in a cure coming from those who created the problem.

The enemy is roaring like a lion. Believers should ignore the roar and keep trusting in the promises of God and sharing faith. Jesus is coming very soon.

Fear is from Satan. The media is spreading fear with false statistics. Lies will keep you in bondage. Jesus said, "The truth will set you free!" Remember. God has not given us a spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. [2 Tim. 1:6-7]

We need to be bold as lions! We need to stand up for our religious freedom, our freedom of expression and our freedom to assemble as we please. Pastors should never have stopped meeting with their congregations and should reopen their churches immediately. Many lives are being lost because of the shutdown. Cooperating with evil emboldens and empowers it.

Forsake not the assembling of yourselves together! Greet one another with a holy kiss or at least a handshake! lol That's the Word of God.

God gave us immune systems and He wants us to freely show love for others. Lack of human contact is more deadly in the long run than hugging and shaking hands.

Islam keeps its women covered to show their submission. We are being told to wear masks to show our submission. The tyrants can easily tell who has fallen for their lies when they see the masks being worn outside and in public places. You are meant to be free. If you are healthy, you don't need a mask for your own protection or to protect others. You should leave off those masks and get the fresh air your body needs to keep its immune system healthy.

Love the Lord your God and your neighbor as yourself. Yes, that includes your enemies. They are deceived deceivers. Pray for those to be saved who can be saved. Overcome evil with good! Don't let evil triumph by doing nothing.

Grace and peace to those who love the Lord Jesus Christ. May you be rapture ready and endure through whatever comes before the rapture.

Fear not! Our Heavenly Father, Yehovah God, is faithful.

The Handy Candy Man - Solving The Cold Case Murder of Alice Lee

Book Cover to advertize.

                                                      Who killed Alice Louise Lee?

                                                        A mystery for 60 years!

The Handy Candy Man is a non-fiction, historical, biographical, crime novel about the life of a pedophile who was known to have molested young girls for decades before he      murdered seven-year-old Alice Louise Lee. Many knew but none spoke up.
Alice Lee went missing before noon, without a trace,  from Swan’s Bean Yard in Trent, Oregon on August 29th. 1960. It was a shock to the small rural community and it spread throughout the countryside and then the country. How could she disappear amidst a close knit community of friends and neighbors in broad daylight? The mystery struck fear into  the hearts of the residents of Lane County and quickly changed the carefree, friendly culture into one of caution and suspicion. For three weeks they were left wondering what happened to Alice Lee. And for sixty years now they’ve been asking, “Who killed her?”
This fascinating narrative started as a simple quest to identify the killer and grew into a biography which reveals where he came from, and tries to gives some insight into who he was. It clearly shows that individuals have a free will. Even the best of parents can raise a child who goes his own way and does not conform to family values or societal norms.
The quest for finding a killer after the case grows cold becomes exponentially more difficult. Especially when the physical evidence was nor properly stored and there’s no reliable DNA evidence to examine. The murderer is long dead. How can the truth be found and brought to light? In this cold case, the resolution of the crime hinged on personal confessions, and on the truth buried in documents not available to the public until the Freedom of Information Act opened the door.
The Handy Candy Man is solidly based on information found in newspaper articles and archived documents (family letters, Walla Walla Penitentiary records, Lane County Oregon police reports and court proceedings, Oregon State Hospital records, reports, medical tests and evaluations), genealogical research, historical research, eyewitness testimonies and, yes, confessions.
The Handy Candy Man is a story about the lives of real people in authentic locations. The names of the main characters are accurate. However, situations, thoughts, conversations and some fictional characters have been added to enrich and advance the story line. It stays as close to reality as possible, using fiction to fill in gaps consistent with the known facts.
The truth shared in this book is more than just telling the world what happened to Alice Louise Lee and the Handy Candy Man. There are life lessons to be learned. It shares an astounding example of the danger of keeping secrets. Caretakers are encouraged to make sure children are properly supervised at all times; even in public places considered safe.  And it reveals the dastardly practices of sociopathic pedophiles.
It is also a spiritual book. Alice Lee loved Jesus. Her parents were devoted Christians and the parents of the killer were too. This book is filled with references to God and church because many of the real people in the story were Christians or at least attended church. It’s about a time when the United States of America was clearly identified as a Christian nation and not ashamed to say so. A time before unpatriotic leftists corrupted our public school system by banning God, the Ten Commandments and prayer.
The book discusses the age old question of who is to blame when bad things happen to people.  If you aren’t a Bible scholar or a theologian who has already given that issue deep thought, it may broaden your perspective for the good and perhaps help you process anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, or grief. It shares the truth about some of the most important issues in life.
We, the authors, believe you will enjoy the adventure of solving this very cold case
The Handy Candy Man in paperback and Kindle e-book will be available on www.Amazon.com. in early April of 2020.  Or you may wish to order it through BarnesandNoble.com, Walmart.com, or your local bookstore.
It’s been a long time coming. Do yourself a favor and get this book!
And, after you read it, please write a review for me on www.Amazon.com. Thank you so much!
And thank you for visiting my blog. Even though I haven’t written for a long time, most of the content of my blogs is timeless. I’ve spent the past year writing this book which I would never have thought I would write. The subject is out of my normal genre but it was dropped in my lap so I took up the challenge and loved it.
     Grace and peace to you!
